This 24,000 square foot addition is used to streamline and improve the safety of handling of EFCO’s glass supplies. It included an indoor truck dock, overheard gantry crane and a glass recycler as a few of its features. The logistics of maintaining plant productivity and coordinating all aspects of building construction, extensive site paving and electrical service relocation had us partnering very closely with EFCO personnel. This project utilized a pre-engineered building. In addition to this project we have also been involved in the building of their fuel storage facility, new burner building, compressor room, truck doors, facility chillers, storm shelter, dolly pads, facility entrances, sidewalk installations, crane footings, restroom remodel, parking lots, floor repairs, roof work, compressor room, wall repair, and a 65,000 square foot expansion.
