Branco Enterprises, Inc. served as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the Diamond R-IV School District’s expansion and renovation project, an effort made possible by voter approval in April 2023. This project reflects the district’s commitment to enhancing educational opportunities and meeting the needs of a growing student population.
The expansion included the addition of seven new classrooms and a dedicated music room, the renovation of the library, new student pick up lanes, and the construction of a new elementary gym and multipurpose room. This gym not only enhances the elementary school’s facilities but also supports youth sports programs, creating a space for students and the community to connect and thrive.
These updates have greatly increased the square footage of the elementary school, setting the stage for continued growth and success.
